- How full is the order book right now — can they take yours on time?
Traceability & process
- A random batch traced from finished goods back to raw material.
- Are work instructions actually at the workstations?
- Are key gauges and equipment calibrated, with records?
People & buyer requirements
- Short interviews with front-line workers, not only the sales team.
- Have your packaging, labelling and tolerance requirements reached the line?
Red flags
- Blocked fire exits and escape routes.
- Unlabelled or badly stored chemicals.
- Extreme attendance or working-hour anomalies.

- A report in English, first draft within 24 hours of the audit.
- Every finding backed by a photo or a document reference.

From US$298 per man-day, travel excluded.
Final quote depends on the factory’s location and what you need checked. You get it in writing before anything is booked. I report what I find; I don’t promise that a factory will pass.
