What I collect

When you use the inquiry form, I collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, product category, factory location, the stage you are at, and anything you choose to write in the message field. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you commission an audit, carry out the work and send you the report.

Where it is stored

Your inquiry is delivered to my business email inbox and a copy is kept on this website’s hosting server so that no inquiry is lost. Audit reports and related correspondence are kept in my email and on my own devices.

Who it is shared with

I do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. I do not share it with factories or suppliers. Your name and company are not disclosed to the factory being audited unless you ask me to.

How to have it deleted

Email [email protected] and I will delete your inquiry and any related records I hold, and confirm when it is done.
